We want you to love your Bubbly Black Girl™ pieces and feel good wearing them. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with no stains, makeup, deodorant marks, fragrances, or other signs of wear.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send you the next steps and return instructions.

Please don’t send your item back without contacting us first so we can make sure your return is processed correctly.

Sizing & Fit

We know finding the perfect fit online can take a little extra care. We include fit details and sizing information on each product page to help you choose your best size.

If you’d like to return an item because the size or fit wasn’t right for you, you’re welcome to do so within our 14-day return window as long as the item meets the return conditions above.

Return shipping for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We recommend returning your eligible item and placing a new order for the size you’d like. This helps us get your new piece into production as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Your order should arrive looking just as good as we intended. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Once we review it, we’ll work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

You will not be responsible for return shipping if the issue was caused by an error with your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or there was an error on our end.
